From a single row stand to an entire exhibition hall
From Las Vegas to Düsseldorf, from exhibition stands to roadshows with 700 guests: a selection of projects we have planned and coordinated for exhibitors, agencies and associations – many of them for years in a row.
BMW @ CES Las Vegas
Since 2021 · Project coordination for five trade show appearances, the sixth in preparation for 2027
On behalf of Czarnowski, we coordinate communication between BMW in Munich, the stand construction team in the USA and the planning agencies involved. From planning to build-up in Las Vegas, we make sure everyone stays aligned – on site as well.
KAI @ Ambiente Frankfurt
For more than ten years · Planning and full coordination, every year
For KAI, the Japanese manufacturer of premium knives, we plan and deliver the exhibition stand at Ambiente in Frankfurt every year – from the first concept through detailed planning to the finished stand. We check the supplied graphics files and take care of print and production.
AGP Merkur – Roadshows Germany
2025 and 2026 · Space planning, permit planning and coordination for eight events
In 2025, we supported a roadshow for AGP Merkur with five events in remarkable industrial venues: Alte Werft Bremen, Halle 45 Mainz, Kraftzentrale Duisburg, Schmiededom Metzingen and Station Berlin, each with around 600 guests. In 2026, we also supported the next AGP Merkur roadshow, with three events of around 700 guests each at XPOST Cologne, redblue Heilbronn and Schuppen 52 Hamburg.
For every event, we planned the floor plans, handled permit planning including fire safety and escape routes, and coordinated with venues, authorities, the technical trades and the event agency.
IFES @ EuroShop Düsseldorf
Since 2020 · Planning and full coordination for three trade show appearances, 700 m²
For IFES, the international federation of exhibition and event service providers, we plan and coordinate the complete exhibition stand at EuroShop in Düsseldorf, the world's leading retail trade fair, held every three years. We are the point of contact for everyone involved and support execution on site. In 2026, IFES entrusted us with its trade show appearance for the third time in a row, after 2020 and 2023.
